bed and breakfast of charm in the Basque Country

Harrieta guesthouse is an authentic old farmhouse from the 18th century.

Two guest rooms are available, Lorea with a bed of 160 cm, and Azia with a bed of 160 cm and a 90 cm.

Fully renovated and refurbished with taste and elegance, it combines charm and seduction.
Marie-Jo and Marc are very welcoming and will do their best for you to feel comfortable during your stay.

You can enjoy the heated indoor pool, a cardio area, a sauna with massage possibilities, outdoor terraces and a 13 000 m2 park with trees and flowers.

In the heart of the Basque country, ideally located in “Basse Navarre”, the house is close to : St Palais, Bidache, St Jean Pied de Port, Salies de Béarn, Bayonne, or the lovely beaches of the Basque Coast. You can also take a stroll on one of the roads to St Jacques de Compostelle.

The Béarn is also close to your Harrieta guest house. A former independent state then detached from the crown of France, this small state has both folded back on itself and open to the outside world, a contradiction that allowed him to expand and stay away from almost every war.

The Béarn is a lively and daring territory where you like to imagine traveling, dreaming with your eyes wide open, discovering a country of art and history.

Surrounded by flowers and trees, Harrieta offers exquisite views on the countryside and the Pyrenean mountains  - magnificent landscape!
If you are after peace and tranquillity, but also interesting discoveries, it is the place to be.

Breakfast, depending on seasons, can be served outside or in the big cosy kitchen. It offers a fine range of homemade pastries and jams.

A Basque style supper can be ordered, allowing you to taste country fresh products.

There is a lot to be done around Harrietta: trekking, fishing, rafting, golfing, together with cultural events and local picturesque feasts.
